Update Credit Card Information on Recurring Donation

How to Update Your Credit Card for a Recurring Donation

Step 1 — Go to the login page Visit: https://tprf.app.neoncrm.com/login Enter your email and password, then click Sign In.

Step 2 — Click "Donation History" in the left menu After logging in, look at the left-hand navigation panel and click Donation History.

Step 3 — Find your Recurring Donation On the Donations page you'll see a "Recurring Donation" section showing your active recurring gift (e.g., "$5.00 – Monthly"). Click the ✏️ Edit Recurring Donation link in the top-right corner of that section.

Step 4 — Click "Edit Payment Method" On the Recurring Donation edit page, scroll down to the Current Payment Method section. You will see your current card on file. Click the "Edit Payment Method" button next to it.

Step 5 — Enter your new card details A credit card entry form will appear. Fill in:

• Full credit card number
• Expiration date
• CVV security code
• Cardholder name

Step 6 — Click "Save" Click the orange Save button at the bottom to apply your new credit card to your recurring donation.
